The main responsibilities are:
Performs diverse administrative support and project management duties with a high degree of confidentiality
Administrator must be well organized, have a strong sense of prioritization and ability to multi-task
This position is responsible for a variety of administrative functions including, but not limited to, legal document execution and control, document processing, managing meeting schedules, travel coordination, and other support functions, such as composing memos, transcribing notes, filing, research and creating presentations
May assist with compiling financial reports, preparing expense reports, and handling multiple projects
This role will be working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment with passionate team members who are focused on quality, safety and execution
5+ years of Administrative Assistant experience in an office setting, including document control, is required.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Requires familiarity with a variety of corporate level concepts, practices, and procedures.
Exposure to or experience with high energy, fast-paced environment.
