Contract Lead (Purchaser)
Contract period: 31.05.2024 - 30.05.2025
Location: Stavanger
Main Tasks:
- As contract lead (purchaser) within Business Intelligence you will be responsible for global and local tactical and operational procurement activities e.g. creating purchase orders, establishing call-offs from frame agreements, making due diligence requests.
- However, there may be some more strategic supply chain processes with responsibilities including, but not limited to, leading enquiry processes (strategy, enquiry, evaluation, negotiation, award), contract establishment and contract management.
- Since the procurement tasks will mainly not be very complex or strategic, we have put "purchaser" in parentheses to our standard "contract lead" role.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree with 2-5 years of years of work experience within procurement (professional level 2 or 3)
- SAP and Contiki experience is important as this is our daily working tools
- Team player, proactive, solution oriented and service minded
- Excellent collaboration skills with colleagues, internal customers and external suppliers
- Very good language skills in both Norwegian and English
