  • Processing progress claims, EOT’s, RFI’s and variations
  • Drafting contractual agreements between you as the head contractor and your chosen subcontractors
  • Letting of trades
  • Tender analysis
  • Maintaining a site presence to ensure you are up to date with site based issues
  • Procurement of materials
  • You must have several years’ experience working in a main contractor environment
  • New build experience is preferable
  • You must be able to demonstrate your ability to manage a project in excess of $10M
  • You must be able to demonstrate strong work ethic
