Job Description: Electrical Field Supervisor

Location: Trinidad and Tobago

Position Overview: The Electrical Field Supervisor will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the electrical aspects of our projects. This position requires a dedicated individual who can work effectively with teams and contractors across both day and night shifts.

Major Job Responsibilities:
•           Oversee electrical project operations, ensuring all activities comply with company standards and safety regulations.
•           Lead toolbox meetings with contractors, focusing on electrical safety and operational efficiency.
•           Verify electrical materials and equipment required by execution contractors to prevent delays and ensure quality.
•           Manage Contractor Passes for both day and night shifts, including the preparation of Entry and Exit Passes.
•           Coordinate resources effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of electrical manpower and equipment across projects.
•           Engage in daily project update meetings, providing insights and updates on the electrical progress of projects.
•           Uphold Quality Control & Assurance by conducting thorough inspections and comparisons against electrical engineering drawings.

Shift Details:
•           The position involves managing teams across day and night shifts. Flexibility and the ability to adapt to varying schedules are essential.

Qualifications:
•           Extensive experience in electrical field supervision, with a strong background in industrial or construction project management.
•           Ability to lead and communicate effectively across different shifts and teams.
•           Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to handle the dynamic demands of day and night operations.
•           Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards in all electrical project executions
