Job Description

The client is a part of the biggest chemical group in Poland. The client is a company responsible for prepare and execute project to produce polypropylene it is located  in the West-North Poland.

Director of Sales PP – Worldwide

The role:
  • Sales of polypropylene, propylene and hydrogen to worldwide customer base
  • Support the sales initiatives in accordance with business strategy and marketing plans of the new plant
  • Identify, visit and develop new customer prospects based on short-term and long-term contracts
  • Creating the company strategic business plan including sales and logistics areas
  • Develop pricing tactics within specified guidelines, in order to maximize the profitability
  • Develop new propositions for customers to better promote the products
  • Monitor, analyze and report on market developments and competitive behavior
  • Creating a new sales and logistics team


The ideal candidate has a University degree in Engineering/Economics and has some proven relevant equivalent experience in the chemical area. Candidates should have experience with at least a couple of years in the commercial departments and must have experience with Polypropylene 

Required knowledge, competencies, skills & experience:
  • At least four years of experience on managerial positions
  • At least five years of experience in Sales
  • Fluent English, other languages will be asset
  • Willing to live in Poland
  • Open for travelling around the world
  • Team working, communicating
  • Personal drive and flexibility
  • IT and analytical skills
  • Good understanding of Polypropylene products and applications
  • Good understanding of customers, product and service needs
