We have an opportunity with one of our reputed client in India for the position of “HR Compliance Analyst

The HR Compliance Analyst is responsible for implementing, promoting, auditing and advising Human Resources (HR) and line management on labour compliance issues. HR Compliance Analyst has to ensure that the organization adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, minimizing legal risks and promoting a compliant workplace environment.

Education: Degree in law Labour. (BLL or MLL) or with LLB is a must & MBA (HR)
Location: Navi Mumbai, INDIA
Core Relevant experience of 7 to 8 years

Responsibilities
  • Draft & execute HR policies aligning with local labour laws.
  • Implement programs and processes to ensure compliance with employment legislation, and internal policies.
  • Audit and advise Human Resources (HR) and line management on labour compliance matters.
  • Stay informed on legal and regulatory changes.
  • Align SLB policy with those changes and communicate these to management.
Experience & Exposures:

Labour Compliance
  • Preferably from both IT and manufacturing Industry, have handled factory and Shop and Establishment premises with Industrial relation background.
  • People management exposure would be an added value to us.
  • Requires traveling to different oilfields and operational facilities as per business requirement across INDIA.
