Job DescriptionTAX Free Direct Hire Job Opportunity has just been made available for an experienced Human Capital Systems Business Analyst to be based in Qatar by a an industry leader.
- Analyze, evaluate and maintain Company’s Human Capital Systems. Propose, design and implement system improvements, enhancements and new applications.
- Ensure the data integrity, security and reporting accuracy of Human Capital data at all times.
- Secure and upkeep the Payroll / Compensation Module and assist in the successful operation of regular payroll process.
To Qualify, candidates must possess the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / Administration.
- 5-7 years of experience out of which 3 or 4 years at an Analyst level.
- Microsoft Office Suite
- SAP, SuccessFactors
- Thorough Job Knowledge (hands on) in functional units of Human Resources, especially payroll process,policies, national and non-national benefits application expertize together with SAP implementation and enhancements experience.
- Experience in Analysing, implementing and configuring SAP ERP & SuccessFactors modules to support the Human Capital business process and fully utilize the capabilities and information stored on the system.
