We do business development and execute modifications and maintenance projects. Now we explore opportunities in the aftermarket for renewables, to deliver offshore maintenance for the renewable sector when the market is ready. Aker Solutions is looking for a Maintenance Engineer with experience in onshore or offshore projects. The project is led from Bergen.
Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical hierarchy, consequence analysis, criticality analysis, RCM analysis, and FMECA.
- Develop and update preventive maintenance (PM/CBM) programs.
- Develop and update preventive and condition-based maintenance routines.
- Perform spare part evaluations.
- Ensure strict adherence to project execution models, schedules, budget, and emphasize quality and HSSE aspects.
Skills and Levels Description:
- In-depth knowledge of operational and maintenance requirements for industrial facilities, with a focus on oil & gas and renewables.
- Proven experience in modification projects.
- Comprehensive understanding of equipment functionality and performance.
- Familiarity with standards such as Norsok Z-008 and ISO 14224.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (mechanical, maintenance), or a related field.
- Proficient in SAP and CMMS systems.
- Fluent in English, both verbally and in written language. Proficiency in Norwegian is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- A dedicated team player.
