We do business development and execute modifications and maintenance projects. There is a global trend towards decarbonization, and we aim to help our customers to decarbonize their operations and measure their emissions to manage them more efficiently, for instance by delivering brownfield electrification of existing offshore facilities. Now we explore opportunities in the aftermarket for renewables, to deliver offshore maintenance for the renewable sector when the market is ready. Aker Solutions employs approximately 11,000 people in more than 20 countries.

To strengthen our team, Aker Solutions in Stavanger is looking for a Planning Manager who can help us succeed. 


What will you be doing? 

• Engineering, Procurement
• Fabrication and Construction
• Planning Level 4 and 5 planning & follow-on in Safran, MIPS and in close co-operation with internal Disciplines Change Management
• PEM Milestone checks Internal and external Weekly, Bi-weekly and Monthly Progress Reporting

We think you should have some of the following:

• Do you have Msc, Bsc, Technical College, or other relevant education and experience.
• 2 - 5 years working experience with planning from brownfield oil and gas industry 
• Experience with planning for minor modification projects 
• Detailed knowledge in PEM 
• Detailed knowledge in Safran - 2 - 5 years 
• Planning work experience in Safran Project tool 
• Knowledge to MIPS 
• We need a resource who can contribute and take responsibility to improve the planning process for Cat 3&4 projects in MODA. 
• The "Planning Initiative" is one of the key strategic initiatives for MODA for 2024 with high priority in the portfolio. 
• The resource will be a key player in this initiative. 
• Available for work in Norway
• Good communicative skills in Norwegian and English and team player
