It is in this context that the CCUS (Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage) program for which we are seeking a Project Manager in charge of technical support for the management of the Disruptive Technologies Research project for CO2 Capture. Expected accomplishments

The selected CONTRACTOR will be responsible for building and carrying out the multi-year research program through the following tasks: ? Establish a state of the art Technology Readiness Level (TRL) CO2 capture technologies and make some of the most promising recommendations in terms of potential cost savings (CAPEX and OPEX). ? Identify innovative numerical methods that will increase the potential for success in the development of new technologies or the search for new materials / molecules (molecular modeling, material / property / performance relationships, artificial intelligence ...) ? Identify academic / industrial / start-up partners, in France and internationally, and set up relevant collaborations in order to develop innovative capture technologies with potential. Participate in these partners' visits to assess their competitiveness. ? Participate in and coordinate a multidisciplinary team working in several branches of the Total Group and externally. Expected deliverables ? Reports describing the state of the art of low technologies TRL and international players at the forefront in this field of research (this state of the art will be subcontracted but will be driven by the selected CONTRACTOR) - T0 + 3 months ? Reports outlining innovative techniques that could improve the performance of low search TRL - T0 + 3 months ? The signatures of two multi-year collaborations / partnerships with actors identified in 1 / and 2 /. At least one of the two collaborations will combine the development of capture technology with an innovative digital method. T0 + 12 months


PhD level qualification

More than 10 years specifically on Gas Separation, ideally separation of anthropogenic CO2

Fluency in both English and French  


1.4 DATE OF STARTING THE BENEFIT Duration: 1 year with a start of service on 23 April 2018
