The role is a full time position reporting to our operations director, you will manage our established oil and gas business and team and maintain our client base with the view that you will also drive the team to win new clients.
You will be an experienced external recruitment manager with a track record in growing fees both individually and for your business.
You will be able to demonstrate a track record in achieving KPIs and driving your team by leading from the front.
Proven Track Record in Sales.
Excellent Communication skills.
Familiar with Microsoft packages and comfortable in presentations.
Familiar with managing profit and loss.
Competent in budgeting effectively.
Excellent knowledge of industry compliance requirements in oil and gas.
We are looking at candidates with at least 5 years industry experience in oil and gas preferably.
