Job Description

The role of Regulatory Affairs is to support several project team in different location with engineering/technical data required to conduct land allocation/allotment, technical condition, land reclamation and other associated scopes.

The role of the RA Land Consultant includes the following:
  • Proactive interaction and leadership working with Engineering and GIS team to provide regular input to the land, technical conditions and reclamations process. 
  •  Provide guideline, instruction, direction to the project team relating to the land permitting process.
  •  Advising RA management on land execution strategies and the impact of regulations on other strategies.
  •  Prepare the relating procedure, presentation, KPI’s, plan to cover the project needs. 
Job Description Coordination of assigned land  activities leading to Regulatory Approvals required for supporting of FGP with responsibilities including:
  • Regularly interface the Engineering team relating to input/output for land permitting process.
  • Prepare the plan, schedule, report, other project documentation with demonstrates the short and long term plans, current status and tools to reach the milestone. 
  • Preparation of applications packages for land permits, technical conditions and reclamation scope as well as submission of applications and obtaining of relating document as result of applications.
  • Check availability of all land permits before start of construction at the facilities assigned to RA Land Team Lead..
  • Monitoring the engineering and construction changes in order to address land application changes on time.
  • Provide the land engineering parameters to GIS team/ Engineering in order to execute Land applications
  • Coordination of land workshops, red lines sessions, weekly land meetings and to participate regularly into the engineering sessions, meetings
  • Provide assistance to site Land team with data, schedule and other inputs relating scopes.
  • Maintaining tools for Land tracking and reporting process under this scope, including registers, matrices.
  • Development of procedures, presentations, action plans relating to the regulatory support and work processes.
  • Support team with conducting audits, checks, inspection
  • Provide clarifications and advice strategy/input to the team in Farnborough, project management team, delivery team relating the land permitting processes.
  • Provides input to weekly and monthly meetings and reports as required.
  • Support RA team in general.
 

Profile
  • Requires a minimum of 10 years of engineering experience, civil engineering strongly preferred.
  • Requires oil and gas industry experience and project management experience.
  • Knowledge of all relevant discipline codes and standards on construction of oil and gas facilities.
  • To be able to communicate with strong verbal and written skills.
  • English and Russian speaker
  • Able to work as an interactive member of a multi-cultural team.
  • Highly motivated individual who can work independently and participating within a high-performance team.
