- To administer and execute the organisation's compensation, benefits and rewards policies and procedures, to attract and retain high performing workforce.
§ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration from a recognised University.
§ Specialized Training in Compensation & Benefits.
§ 6 years direct and relevant experience in Human Resources with minimum 4 years in Compensation and Benefits at an expertise level, preferably within an oil/gas industry.
§ Analytical skills.
§ Presentation skills.
§ Counselling & negotiating skills.
§ Organizational Development techniques.
§ Professional and technical expertise in the area of Compensation & Benefits.
§ Experience in operating HRM ERP applications.
§ Ability to operate standard computer applications, with advanced MS Excel proficiency.
§ Awareness of Principles, Policies and Procedures, and internal processes.
§ Effective communication skills in spoken and written English.
