The main responsibilities are:
Lead, manage, motivate and coach the team on day-to-day operations.
Inventory management - goods receipts, goods Issues, stock transfer and transfer posting and reservation of materials for all projects
Co-ordination with supplier for materials/services as per LPO & notifying to accounts department for payments.
Coordinating with project managers, construction managers and store personnel for materials delivery, receiving and post-delivery scheduling etc.
Physical inventory and inventory reconciliation on regular basis.
Continuously monitoring, evaluating and improving supplier performance and maintain for MTC, country origin and product certification to meet the standard of ISO.
Setting up organization structure of material management and relevant configuration asset, tools, equipment and its storage & location etc.
Motivate the team to achieve the target set for the store accordingly to HSE and storing policies.
Relevant Degree/Diploma with 5-7 years of experience
Solar power project experience is preferred
Experienced in material handling with SAP knowledge.
