Job Description

In coherence with the general strategy of the Special Fluid Direction of the client and for the purpose to support growth, the candidate must:

 

• Participate in technical support on existing products for all global activities of Special fluids, including subsidiaries

• Manage first level technical support in conjunction with different directions for products

• Develop technical answers for clients

• Provide technical advice produced to all directions of special fluids

• Participate in the validation of specifications and all other quality media for products

• Monitor the quality of the product and control the treatment of the non-conforming product in case of derogation and customer complaint

• Manage technical projects related to products

• Provide training support on a global reach and develop training solutions

• Ensure quality coordination within the department (quality management system, process, preparation of internal and external audits, etc.)

 

CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT

The HSE-I / Q technical department of Special Fluids needs a technical resource to provide a technical support product and for the development of new products but also technical support on various projects related to the technical training.

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Chemical Engineer (Bac + 5 minimum): chemistry / process engineering or organic chemistry

• Experience in the oil field (knowledge of refining processes, products the oil, what is it (n-paraffin, iso-paraffin, aromatic etc.), what are the physico-chemical properties, how to measure these properties, etc.)

• Knowledge of analytical methods (GC, UV, HPLC, IR etc.)

• English: good level

• A basic knowledge of the quality system

• Level of experience: level 2 (from 5 to 10 years)
