Telecom Senior Engineer oil and gas
Contract period: 13.05.2024 - 31.12.2026
Location: Asker
Main Tasks:
- Telecom lead and responsible for Telecom deliverables in study
- Participating in development of telecom design solutions for telecom sub systems, remote operations, maintenance, monitoring, and new technologies to required level in a study
- Follow up telecom vendors
- Interface to other disciplines, suppliers, other installations, and client
- Participate and arrange meetings, workshops and reviews for the Telecom discipline
- Define engineering documents
Qualifications:
- Master, or Bachelor degree or relevant technical education.
- Ex course (max 5 years old)
- FSE course
- Efficient communicator, who communicates well in English - both orally and in writing
- Cooperative working attitude and acceptance for multicultural team environment
- A natural team player but possess the ability to work independently
- Systematic and accurate, with high loyalty to deadline and quality requirements
- Proactive, seeking advice and share own experiences with others
- Innovative approach, eager to improve methodology and solutions
- Ability to understand and implement requirements stated in new standards
- Knowledge of Norwegian language would be advantageous
