Job Description

NES are pleased to be working with an expanding Global Healthcare business based in Manchester and have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Sales Specialist to join their existing Sales team.

 

Description of role: 

The role will involve field-based territory sales management covering key account management, prospecting and networking for new sales opportunities, providing accurate sales forecasts and delivery of sales revenue targets.

Overall responsibility:

Responsible for the delivery of quarterly and annual sales revenue targets, provision of detailed sales territory plans and execution by building and maintaining long term relationships with customers.
 

  • Contribute to the delivery of annual sales and marketing plans in the region.
  • Contribute to the development of sales leads through a variety of channels, e.g. attendance at conferences, enquiries through websites, customer referrals.
  • Qualify and progress sales leads through active customer management.
  • Contribute to the development of future product lines through interaction with KOL.

.Key areas of responsibility:

Qualifications, Skills and Abilities

 

 

  • A degree in Life Sciences ideally with genetics or molecular biology exposure.
  • Sales experience with PCR or Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) based technologies is highly desirable.
