Delivered by NES Advantage Solutions, a specialist arm of the NES Global Talent family, our managed solutions are based on a partnership approach. We offer tailored solutions for your recruitment and global mobility requirements, which enable us to take full responsibility for all or part of your processes.
We source and mobilise the right talent where you need them at the right time. With our managed solutions programmes, we will transform and manage your processes with direct cost savings, full compliance and visibility.
We’ll manage your non-permanent workforce, sourcing and screening candidates and taking care of all administration to ensure compliance within the supply chain and an adaptable workforce that evolves with changing market conditions.
We implement an integrated on-site recruitment model to place strategic permanent hires. This keeps your operations ahead of your competitors and sustains business growth. Proactive talent mapping means that we find people who fit your culture in a swift and timely manner.
We navigate and simplify the complex legal landscape that comes with mobilising a workforce and treat each case with the individuality it needs. We orchestrate adherence to tax implications and compliantly host your operations in any desired location.
Our success is demonstrable in our strong financial results, broad global reach, and the experience of our senior management team who have been with the business for years.
