Client’s challenge: Following a company re-organisation and relocation, the client required 60 highly skilled engineers within a timeframe of 6 months. These roles were business-critical and needed skills that were scarce in the marketplace.

Solution: NES provided the client with a team of dedicated discipline-specific consultants to source the personnel. From being discipline-specific, our recruiters know their markets and can quickly build a skilled talent pool of candidates. We also created an innovative multi-channel solution, including a dedicated recruitment microsite and a social media campaign designed to drive candidate traffic to the job adverts, in conjunction with attending trade exhibitions. 

Outcome: Accepted offers against all 60 roles were met by the deadline (with one week to spare!). The microsite became the go-to place to engage candidates, and significantly raised awareness of the client's brand. From this success, the client enlisted our support once again to provide a further 60 hires.
