NES Fircroft (NES), the world’s largest global engineering staffing company, is proud to announce the appointment of Catriona Schmolke CBE FREng and Froydis Cameron-Johansson to its Board of Directors. This strategic move reflects NES's dedication to fostering a dynamic and innovative leadership team as well as its commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Both individuals bring a wealth of experience, expertise, and a track record of success in their respective fields. Their strategic insights and leadership acumen will be instrumental in guiding NES Fircroft through its next phase of growth and development.

Catriona Schmolke, CBE FREng, has 40 years international experience in the technical and engineering sector. She held global executive roles with Jacobs and has a non executive portfolio including Scottish Water Group, the UK National Physical Laboratory and is the Chair of Artus Air Ltd. Recognised in the Kings 2024 New Years Honours with a CBE for Services to Engineering. She is a Fellow of and the Vice President of the Royal Academy of Engineering.

Catriona comments:

Froydis Cameron-Johansson is a renowned expert in Safety, Sustainability and Corporate Relations and has a strong background in the extractives sector and industrial projects across Europe, Africa and the Americas. She has a passion for climate change and human rights and has led a number of multinational companies through their sustainability journey.
